My View

I am praying Ukraine and all affected by Putin's aggression.  I say Amen to the statement issued today by the leadership of the church I belong to. God bless all those who are fighting evil forces for their freedom and independence in Ukraine.  God bless our world with peace. 

I also love Pope Francis' statement on Ukraine when he said, "I invite everyone to make March 2, Ash Wednesday, a day of fasting for peace," he said. "I encourage believers in a special way to devote themselves intensely to prayer and fasting on that day. May the Queen of Peace protect the world from the folly of war."  I agree with the Pope and yes, I will join in fasting and praying for peace.
